Gold Tumbling – Thursdays 8-9pm
*elite tumbling focusing on: layouts, layout variations, standing tucks, full twisting layouts, doubles, combo passes
*required skills: solid series back handsprings, solid running tumbling through to tucks

Black Tumbling – Sundays 8-9pm
*intermediate tumbling focusing on: back handsprings, series tumbling, round-off springs, running tucks, punch fronts
*required skills: solid round-off

White Tumbling – Sundays 7-8pm
*beginner tumbling focusing on: forward rolls, dive rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, front & back walkovers

Open Tumble - Mondays & Tuesdays 5-6pm
 

We are still accepting athletes, male and female, ages 4-18 years old, of ANY skill/experience level for both our Lansing and Bloomfield Hills locations.  Please contact us to schedule a skill evaluation. 

Private and small group tumbling lessons are for 1-6 people of the same skill level.  They are taught by one of the Mid Michigan All Stars Tumbling Coaches, and can be scheduled by contacting Elyse Brown.  The cost is $45/hour. 

MMAS offers a superior team tumbling experience for schools and rec programs.  Priced by the hour and held in our facility with a full spring floor, tumbl trak, and other tumbling equipment, team tumbling is available for ages 5 and up, including college level, for beginner-elite level athletes.  Please contact Elyse Brown for more information and to schedule team instruction.

Mid Michigan All Stars
School/Rec Pricing 2012-2013

MMAS is proud to offer gym rental and instruction to local school and recreation cheer teams throughout the year. Below is our pricing list for the 2012-2013 season, lasting May 2012-March 2013. School/rec coach(es) must sign a separate agreement detailing their requested commitment. School/rec coach(es) must provide signed MMAS waivers from EVERY athlete on their team (including any athletes who may be injured, academically ineligible, or not participating for any reason but arriving with team members).

Option A – Gym Rental
Gym rentals are by the half hour, with a minimum of one hour per rental. Gym rentals include the space of the spring floor ONLY. Gym rentals do not guarantee office space or any other area of MMAS. Cost is $25/hour.

Option B – Light Instruction at MMAS
Light instruction is by the half hour, with a minimum of one hour and includes gym rental (see above) and the instruction of one MMAS staff member to ASSIST the school/rec coach(es). Light instruction at MMAS is $35/hour.

Option C – Instruction at MMAS
Instruction is by the half hour, with a minimum of one hour and includes gym rental (see above) and the instruction of MMAS for your team. Number of staff members determines cost. Instruction is personalized and may include any of the following: tumbling, stunting, motions, jumps, conditioning, flexibility, and precision.
1 staff member = $45/hour
2 staff members = $50/hour
3 staff members = $60/hour

Option D – We Come To You
If travel is an issue, we can come to you! Starting at a minimum of one hour and scheduling by the half hour we can send MMAS staff to your school or facility! Cost includes travel up to 15 miles from our gym (48906). Instruction is personalized and may include any of the skill sets listed above.
1 staff member = $60/hour
2 staff members = $80/hour
3 staff members = $95/hour

Choreography & Clean Up
We would be happy to assist you with your rounds, halftime routine, or other material this season!
MHSAA Choreography = $300 for one round, $200 for each additional round (does not include words)
MHSAA Choreography & Words = $400 for one round, $300 for each additional round
Halftime or rec choreography = $400 for up to 2:30 minutes (does not include music)
Choreography Clean-Up = $50 per hour, minimum of one hour

Are you looking for a less expensive camp option for your youth, middle school, or high school teams? Do you want to stay close to home? Mid Michigan All Stars offers 2 day, commuter private team camps, customized for your team to help you meet your goals! Cost is $100 per athlete, minimum 8 athletes (teams with fewer athletes please inquire).

Our private team camps offer MHSAA style stunting, flexability, jumps, and tumbling with an all star flair! We offer sideline material as well as an amazing tumbling experience!
